Fei Xiong

Fei is an actuary with over 20 years of professional experience in the pension industry. He has extensively worked on various types of plans, from single-person plans to larger corporate plans, and from church plans to union plans. He has developed deep expertise in defined benefit and cash balance plans, as well as DB/CB plans combo with 401(k) defined contribution plans, including those with insurance and offset features. At Atigro, Fei leads the DB team, performs actuarial services, conducts new plan designs, oversees DB/DC compliance, and is dedicated to providing excellent actuarial and consulting services to all our clients and their advisors.

Before joining Altigro in 2023, Fei was a partner at Consulting Actuaries Incorporated, where he oversaw the DB department, developed staff, and mentored team members. Fei graduated from Boston University with a Master's degree in Economics. He is an Enrolled Actuary (EA), an Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA), a Member of the Society of Pension Actuaries (MSPA), and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA). In his spare time, he enjoys watching and playing soccer.
